Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Transit Time
For example, if order processing takes 2 business days and transit time requires 5 business days, the estimated delivery time would be approximately 7 business days.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

5. Order Cut-Off Time
To qualify for same-day processing, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on a business day.
Orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery is free of charge across the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
